2) Yiddele(TM), Yiddele.com , The Shomer Shabbos Business Directory(TM), and The Shomer Shabbos Business Club(TM) are trademarks of BSD Advertising and Public Relations.

3) Yiddele(TM) provides basic directory listings and classified ads for free. Yiddele(TM) also offers paid advertising and classified ad options, which provide tiered priority listings in business or classified ad search query results.

4) Yiddele(TM) reserves the right to change any and or all advertising options and or fees at any time.

5) Yiddele(TM) reserves the right to reject, remove, edit or change any listing or classified ad at any time.

6) BSD Advertising & Public Relations established a mission and goal to to create a website that allows frum yidden to search the Internet for their business or personal needs, while simultaneously avoiding the risk of getting to, or seeing things that are prohibited by halacha. Yiddele(TM) operates under a halachic board that poskins guidelines for us. Every business seeking to be listed or advertised on our site agrees to comply with these guidelines.

7) Yiddele(TM) is not responsible for any content of any classified ad or business listing posted on our site. This includes, and is not limited to, all of the following: kashrut, license(s) and or certification(s) to do business, legalities, quality of work, product(s), item(s), or services offered and or provided by any business or individual posting to our site.

8) You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, & defend Yiddele(TM), its employees, & it's parent company BSD Advertising and Public Relations, from any claim, dispute, or attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the site.
